We all use mobile phone, and many of us have a smartphone as well, we all love it! Don't you? The most irritating part of it is the battery which never lasts up to our expectation and keeps interrupting, we always wish there was a way we could extend the battery life, without downloading battery life extender apps, which hardly work. The solution has finally come:
Research scientists have announced a battery that charges it's 70% volume in just 2 minutes(approx.) It has a lifespan of 20 years so you wouldn't have to purchase a new one or keep charging it again and again.

It can also power bigger electrical equipment. The Nanyang Technological University researchers replaced the graphite previously used in the battery with the titanium dioxide, it's safe and cheap.
The researchers estimated that drivers of electric vehicles would be able to save tens of thousands of pounds on replacing batteries and electric cars could be recharged in just minutes. The environment would also benefit as toxic waste from disposed batteries would be reduced, as the new batteries last around ten times longer than the lithium-ion batteries. Currently, lithium-ion batteries dominate the market and are used in most mobile devices. They have a typical lifespan of around 500 recharges before having to be discarded and this means that consumers get around two or three years of use. Depending on the capacity of the battery, charging to full typically takes around two hours.
